 [摘要] 目的:将白花菜地上部分的甲醇提取物经乙酸乙酯萃取,得到的浸膏制备成巴布剂,优选最佳处方组成及配比,并对其体内抗炎镇痛活性进行考察。方法:以初黏力、均匀性、涂展性、皮肤追随性、气泡状态、透布程度综合得分为考察指标,采用单因素和正交实验筛选处方组成及最佳配比,并测试白花菜巴布剂对甲醛所致大鼠足肿胀的抗炎作用及其对小鼠舔足时间的影响。结果:巴布剂处方最佳组成为:羧甲基纤维素钠(carboxymethylcellulose sodium,CMC-Na)1.0 g、明胶0.8 g、聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)0.5 g和微粉硅胶2.0 g,载药量为处方中基质总量的40%,保湿剂甘油的用量为处方中加入水总体积的1/3;药理活性实验证明,白花菜巴布剂给药组与未给药组相比能够明显缩短大鼠肿胀足趾体积减小的时间,提高小鼠痛阈,差异具有显著性意义。结论:最佳处方制备的白花菜巴布剂外观平整,各项质量评价指标均合格,具有显著的抗炎镇痛活性,可用于缓解关节肿痛。

Abstract:[Abstract] Objectives:To study the cataplasm preparation of the overground parts of Cleome gynandra L., screen the optimum composition and proportion. And the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities in vivo were tested. Methods:The optimum composition and proportion was sieved by taking single factor and orthogonal experiments, using the initial adhesion,uniformity, spreadability, tracing ability of skin, bubbles and transmittance to nonwoven cloth as index of quality assessment. The anti-inflammatory effect on the formaldehyde-induced tumefaction of rats' toes was observed, and the licking time of mice was studied. Results:The optimal formulation was composed by 1.0 g of CMC-Na, 0.8 g of gelatin, 0.5 g of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and 2.0 g of aerosol. When drug-loading rate is 40% of matrix amount and glycerol is 1/3 of the total volume of water using by matrix, the C.gynandra cataplasm has good viscidity. The time of decreasing swelling of toe was shorter, and the pain threshold of mice was raised. There are significant differences between treated group and the control group. Conclusion:C.gynandra cataplasm which is provided to possess smooth appearance and qualified assessment could be used to relieve the arthritic swelling and pain, because it is proved to have prominent anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. 
