摘要:[摘要] 目的:对西咪替丁的辐射防护作用进行研究,并对其抗辐射作用的最佳用药方案进行优化。方法:取C57小鼠,雄性,随机分为10组。每组采用不同的用药方案,采用60Co γ射线单次全身照射,照射剂量为8.0 Gy,剂量率为1.01 Gy?min-1。通过比较辐射防护效果,筛选出最优用药组。结果:单纯照射组的30 d存活率为20%,西咪替丁用药组C,D,E,F,G,H,I和J组的30 d存活率分别为70%,60%,90%,50%,90%,50%和40%。结论:西咪替丁各用药组对辐射损伤小鼠均具有保护作用, 结合西咪替丁药物的实际临床应用情况、临床剂量、毒理情况,最终确定D组用药剂量(即照射前给药6次+照射后给药1次)为最优用药方案。

Abstract:[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the protective effects of cimetidine in mice which damaged by 60Co γ irradiation and find out the best treatment scheme of cimetidine. Methods: Mail C57 mice were randomly divided into ten groups (normal control group, model control group, and seven cimetidine groups) and cimetidine was administrated intragastrically with different schemes. Except the normal control group, C57 mice were received total body irradiation by 8.0 Gy 60Co γ-ray in single time irradiation (1.01 Gy?min-1). The survival rate and survival time were recorded. Results: The 30-day survival rate of model control group was 20% and the 30-day survival rate of of group C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J was 70%,60%,90%,50%,90%,50%,40%, respectively. Conclusion: Cimetidine can protect mice against γ irradiation. According to the clinical application of cimetidine, the treatment scheme of group D was best and worth being advocated.
