摘要:[摘要] 食品和中药的农药残留问题已引起了全球性关注,因此研究建立先进的农药残留检测方法和科学的最大残留限量值等十分必要。研究农药残留不确定度可用于解决当实际测定结果接近最大残留量值时难以判定供试品是否合格的问题,而目前相关研究报道较少。本文介绍了一种统一协调的方法评定农药残留结果的不确定度,供广大农药残留分析工作者参考。

Abstract:[Abstract] Pesticides residues in foods and traditional Chinese medicines have attracted worldwide attention, so it is necessary to establish advanced pesticide residue detection methods and scientific maximum residue limits. Researches on uncertainty are helpful to decrease the dispute on whether the samples are qualified when the actual results are close to the maximum residue value. However, there are few researches on the estimation uncertainty of results for the determination of pesticide residues at present. This article introduced a unified and coordinated method to evaluate the uncertainty of results for pesticide residue, which can be used as reference for the pesticide residue analysis.
