习近平总书记指出，发展新质生产力是推动我国高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点，而我国医药产业正处于转型和高质量发展的关键阶段，新质生产力赋能医药产业高质量发展已成为新的研究热点。本文从医药产业新质生产力视角出发，详细论述了我国医药产业面临的医药企业资金不足难以支撑科技创新、原创性和颠覆性科技创新成果较少、医药产业整体协同融合创新不充分以及医药高素质人才培养和管理体系不完善等诸多困境，并分析新质生产力可以通过促进医药产业科技创新、加强医药产业高素质复合型人才培养以及推进医药产业转型升级的理论逻辑赋能医药产业高质量发展，因此可以采取强化医药产业创新资金支持、加快推进医药产业链及区域内协同创新、构建医药产业数智化体系与平台和加强高素质医药人才队伍培育这4条实践路径加快医药产业的新质生产力建设和高质量发展。

General Secretary Xi  pointed out that the development of new quality productivity is an intrinsic requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development, while China's pharmaceutical industry is in a critical stage of transformation and high-quality development, and the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry empowered by new quality productivity has become a new research hotspot. From the perspective of new quality productivity in the pharmaceutical industry, this paper discusses in detail the difficulties that China's pharmaceutical industry is facing, such as insufficient funds of pharmaceutical enterprises to support scientific and technological innovation, few original and disruptive scientific and technological innovation achievements, insufficient overall collaborative integration and innovation of the pharmaceutical industry, and imperfect training and management system of high-quality pharmaceutical talents. We also pointed out that the new quality productivity can empower the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry by promoting scientific and technological innovation, strengthening the cultivation of high-quality compound talents, and promoting the transformation and upgrading. Therefore, we can adopt four practical paths to accelerate the new quality productivity and high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry, including strengthening the financial support for innovation in the pharmaceutical industry, accelerating the collaborative innovation in the pharmaceutical industry chain and region, building a digital and intelligent system and platform for the pharmaceutical industry, and strengthening the cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical talents.
